Actually, that’s the exactly issue I have…
No matter what e-mail address I put here: https://prnt.sc/jz3kz1
All emails are being sent from the same address as you can see here: https://prnt.sc/jz3lye
The address christian @ domaine-pack.fr is being added at the “From” and “response to” fields automatically.
Can you please tell me how can I resolve that issue?

Sorry, but I don’t understand what you mean with “contact form’s editor screen”.
I manage a lot of website and I always use the same settings… it’s the first time I have this issue.

The flags only work if you place them on the left top side of the website but as you might now, many websites only place the flags up on the right.
Is there a way to solve this issue?

1) There’s no “Staff” menu but “Agents” for me and all of the are configured “Public”.
2) Help Topic is under Admin Panel > Manage and both are also “Public”So, why I still don’t see anything in “Categories”?

1) If by “hidden” you mean “Private”: Both departments are configured as “Public”.
I’m using v1.9.12 (19292ad)
Are “Categories” the same thing as “Help Topic”?

Sorry for my question that might sound too simple for you. But, when I decompress the file:
backup_2015-08-10-1454_Le_Progrs_adecf42869bb-db.gzI get a file like this:
backup_2015-08-10-1454_Le_Progrs_adecf42869bb-dbbut not a .sql.
In case I will need to restore the database, PHPmyAdmin will request a .sql file.
What should I do then?
