Remove the space between Next and Gen and one will show up. But, I purchased it through Photocrati (the manufacturer).

Thank you for the reply. I actually figured it out. I thought I had disabled all plugins but there were a couple I did not. It was a calendar plugin that was causing the issue. Once deactivated everything worked fine.
