In reply to: Link colour remaining in active stateThe color of all links in that theme is blue (specifically #1982D1) – visited, unvisited, active or otherwise.
Hi Esmi – I’m not referring to the links in the sidebar but the blog post titles – was that clear from what I said.

In reply to: Link colour remaining in active stateEsmi – does the theme have a visited link component that changes the colour permanently? I’m not being very clear – sorry. Very new (as I am sure you realised) at this

In reply to: Link colour remaining in active stateHi Esmi – I’ve been using safari and Chrome both show the same result. Actually Rab – thanks but I’ve just realised that your solution just changes the visited link to black so there is no colour change when I hover over a visited link.

In reply to: Link colour remaining in active stateHi Esmi,
I have added it through the Jetpack custom CSS editor – not sure if that is actually working or not – if not I could add it through the css editor but to be honest I am not sure where I should place it.

In reply to: Link colour remaining in active stateLet me just restate my problem – I don’t want you guys to waste your time if I wasn’t clear at the beginning.
Each blog post title is a link to the blog post itself. Its initial state is black text after clicking the title, following the link to the blog post and then returning to the home page the blog post title of the clicked link is a blue colour.
Should that be the case? It’s as though it has a ‘visited’ state. I would prefer it to show it’s initial black state.
Hope that’s clear. I really appreciate you helping.
