In reply to: [Contact Form 7] from email address questionthe ‘from’ address of your form should not be the same as the submitter of the form. The ‘from’ should appear to come from your wordpress installation.
Setup your form so that one of the required elements is the submitters email address. include the [from-email] shortcode in the body of your message, and bingo. You will have the address of the submitter.
Just remember, the submitter isnt sending the form … your wordpress installation is.

In reply to: [Contact Form 7] missing mail configuration tabi solved my problem … the version of my plugin was too old.
I updated to 4.5.1 and i see all the options that I expect.
