    Hi and thank you.

    For your Information:

    – We have 60 different activities.
    – Only 2 or 3 Activities can be held on one day because we only have 2 trainiers (but all 60 can be available)
    – about 100 Teachers should be able to book those activities (via log in)
    – As soon as one activity on a specific day is booked, it will be blocked out for all the other teachers on that day.

    For example

    Biking / Hiking / can be booked from Monday to Friday …
    Swimming only Wednesday and Thursday

    Teacher A chooses either
    A) the event swimming and sees the calendar where he can only book that activity on Wednesday or Thursday

    OR

    B) he chooses a calendar, klicks on Wednesday and can then choose Biking, Hiking or Swimming

    As soon as he makes a reservation for swimming on Wednesday, only Hiking and Biking are still visible — and the calendar under event swimming only shows the Thursday as only bookable day for swimming…

    I Hope I could explain,, what i mean… :-))

    Is that possible?
