Automatic countdown with confirmation

Hi,
we are using the plugin for cultural events with limited tickets per event as a reservation tool. As i understand that right, if an event has ie. 10 bookable ticktes, serveral users can book all 10 tickets till an admin confirms the reservation. So as long as the admin doesn’t confirm anything, all 10 tickets are available.
What now happend: 2 people booked 10 Tickets. the admin confirmed both reservations within a few mouseclicks. Bothe people recieved an email with the confirmation. Istn’t there a posibility, that the system counts the available ticktes as sonn as one is confirmed??
Or was the admin to fast?? Thanks in advance
