Sorry for the inconvenience caused. Let’s address your queries one by one:- Since the header is placed after the first section, it starts in a relative position. While scrolling, it switches to absolute, which causes the jump. If you place the header at the very top, this issue should not occur.
- For the overlap issue, please try adding some space (margin/padding) above the content. This should resolve the problem.

If you have made any recent changes, please let us know.
If the issue still appears on your end, try clearing your browser cache and checking again.
