ARMember responds as per the data received by the payment gateway and it sometimes takes time to send the response of the payment confirmation to the ARMember and therefore the payment may not reflect, but to track the ARMember lite does provide a facility to check the debug log you can activate it from the ARMember Lite -> General Settings -> Debug logs here you can enable the switch for the PayPal.
Further you can check the logs and find whether the “Webhook data” is received successfully or not.
Kindly check accordingly and let me know if there is anything else.

Yes! ARMember does provide a facility to add custom fields on the signup form using the ARMember Lite live form editor. You can add a custom field from ARMember -> Manage Forms -> Add/Edit Signup form page click on the left side “Profile Fields” tab and then you can add unlimited custom field types like textbox, dropdown, checkbox, radio, date, file upload, etc fields according to your requirements.
After adding a custom field, you can modify field options from the Field setting and then click on “Save” to save the form changes. That’s it.

We recommend you please remove the admin access of your website as it’s a public forum and anybody can access your website and can harm to your website. So please immediately remove the admin access as well as change the password of the user to something stronger instead of keeping it easily recognizable.
Regarding your concer, I’ve checked and noticed that it maybe due to the caching plugin conflict so please check the caching plugin settings and let me know how it goes. Also, please try disabling other plugins one by one as I’ve noticed that one of the BookingPress Script is not getting loaded.

I’ve checked your concern on the link you’ve provided and currently it’s starting from 09:00 AM except for Monday so I’m assuming that you’ve set working hour starting from 10:00 AM for monday only. I would recommend you please set 10:00 AM for all the required days on which you want to start your service from 10:00 AM.
Further, you can add break timings in the working hours so that you can skip the timings from being booked and customer will be able to book only those timings which are outside of the breaks.

I’ve checked your given URL and it seems that you’ve set the custom CSS in the BookingPress > Customize page <code>.bpa-front-module-heading{ display:none; }</code> and that’s why it’s not displaying. I would recommend you please check and remove that CSS and it’ll solve your problem.

Yes, ARMember works with it and provides a trial, renewal, and cancellation facility. Regarding upgrade/downgrade, yes you can manage upgrade downgrade action based on whether the member has purchased a membership plan so either a membership plan will be assigned immediately or a new plan will be assigned after the current membership plan expires.

I have checked at the local server and there is no such issue found, and accordingly, as you have mentioned the member is active from the ARMember side, that is the status of the member is active from the ARMember but please confirm if you are using any other plugin which adds the data for the status of the member, it must be pending state their as ARMember does sync with the WordPress users and so the users may not able to login.Please check accordingly and let me know if there is anything else.
