I’ve checked your given URL, and labels of step 3 BookingPress Form fields, you can change from BookingPress > Customize (on Top) > Field Settings. Then, click on the “Field Settings” of a specific field and modify the Label according to your preferences. There is no need to utilize Loco Translate for it.

First I would recommend you please check if you’re using the latest version of the BookingPress ( 1.1.2 ). Still, I’ve forwarded your concern to our core developer team to look further into this.
One more thing I would like to suggest to check if you are using any security or mailing related other plugins as they might get conflicts. Further, please confirm that the WordPress default CRON is running! Also, please check once by deactivate the plugins one by one temporarily so if any of the plugin causing the conflict for the WordPress default CRON then it might not sent properly.

Regarding providing the logs, please note that this is a public forum so do not share logs here.
On view debug log page, from ARMember Lite -> General Settings -> Debug Log Settings page at PayPal log, click on “view logs” and check the column “Log Name” column with the value “webhook data”, if yes then here you will be able to check the payer id, payment date, also the payment status and other multiple details of the transaction, and as per the payment status sent by the payment gateway the ARMember performs the action.
Please check accordingly and let me know if there is anything else.

ARMember provides a facility to add the admin email address at the ARMember Lite -> General Settings -> Email Settings, here at the “Admin Email” you can add the email address you are willing to send the notification to instead of the admin. Also, if you are willing to send the email notifications to more than one admin then you can add the add multiple Admin email address separated by comma.
Please check accordingly and let me know how it goes.

I’ve checked your given URL and please note that the users must first log in to access appointment information on the My Booking page. The lite version of BookingPress doesn’t have an option to display the login form so you can use any third-party plugin to allow users to log in and subsequently access the customer panel.
