The feature you’re looking for is available with the premium version of the BookingPress. It’s not possible to achieve it with the BookingPress free version.

ARMember Lite does follow the WordPress standards and accordingly if you have selected the default role as “Subscriber” at the Admin Panel ⇾ Settings ⇾ General, here please check which role you have select as the default role.
Also, the role selected at the ARMember Lite ⇾ Manage Plan at the particular will be added to the member, so the member will have the default role as well as the plan role too. And when the plan expires then the plan role will be removed. So, if you want only one role then you can select the same at the default and at the plan as well.

If you are willing to show only the plan name of the current logged in user then you can use this shortcode “[arm_user_plan]”.
Furthermore, if you are willing to display the plan start date of the logged in user then you can add the shortcode as provided below:
[arm_user_planinfo plan_id=”3″ plan_info=”arm_start_plan”]
But please note that this shortcode will display the start date if the user is having the plan with the ID=3, so you can add the same shortcode for all the plan only by relacing the plan_id as per your requirements.
To get the plan_id navigate to ARMember Lite > Manage Plans page here you will be able to check the Plan ID columns which holds the list of the ID’s of the particular plan

kindly add the HTML content into the “Text” and then remove the enters (line breaks) then save the changes, do not switch to the “Visual” tab as this might remove the tags.

Upon further checking with a test user, everything seems to work properly as soon as the user logs in and tries to access the Book-Appointment page then that page is accessible properly without any issue, therefore kindly check with a new test user.

I’ve checked your given screenshots.
1. Regarding background color of the available & booked slots, it’s not possible directly but you can use custom CSS to achieve it.
2. It’s not possible to set the date & time at the first step before selecting the service at the moment but in future it can be possible.
3. It’s not possible to display the price for the date & time.
4. You can hide the booked slot from the customization and can display only the available slots.
5. Guests can book an appointment but I’m not sure what you’re looking it with WooCommerce as the BookingPress doesn’t depend on the WooCommerce!

Regarding showing booked time slots for everyone on the calendar, it’s not possible. However, with BookingPress, if a time slot is already booked, it will appear as unavailable to other users when they attempt to book an appointment from the page where you’ve placed the booking form using the [bookingpress_form] shortcode, indicating that the slot is already taken.

It sounds like you’ve faced trouble with an image not showing up for the services in the booking form.

Yes, you can display the different content to the non-logged in users by using the below provided shortcode you can add the content you wish to be displayed for the non-logged in members as well and you can even add the image to it.

There is no limit for the services and you can create as many as you want. If you’re facing the problem then please share some screenshots of the error while you’re adding more than 8 services so that I can check further and assist you.

1. Regarding user is logged in or not, unable to access the page. I have checked accordingly at our local server but the issue was not found. Kindly confirm that the Content Access Rules you have setup correct after that you may get working without any issues.
2. Kindly download the sample file from the ARMember Lite -> General Settings -> Import/Export page in the User Import section add those 3 records in the sample CSV and upload that CSV which should work fine.

Regarding line break, there are no recent changes in the email notification content but it may have happened if the TinyMCE editor changed to a visual and Text tab so, kindly remove the line breaks from the content and after that, ARMember will add one line break on the enter automatically. So after that, it will display properly.
