Hello,
Thank you for reporting this issue. We were unable to replicate it from our end, but from a higher perspective, it seems like your server may have a required missing PHP extension. Please verify if the PHP “dom” extension is enabled on your server. After that it should work fine.
Thanks
Hello,
ARMember does provide a facility to display the first name of the member through this shortcode “[arm_usermeta meta=”first_name”]”, add this shortcode to your requirements, and then you will be able to check the first name of the member easily.
Please check accordingly and let me know how it goes.
Thanks

ThanksHello,
As recently no such changes are made and also I have checked at our local server but there is no issue found. But please confirm that, do you have changed recently home page which is already restricted. If so then, kindly change the home page first and after that check at the ARMember -> Content Access Rules that the page is not restricted there if the current home page is restricted then, kindly disable the restriction and after that, it should work fine.
Please check accordingly and let me know if there is anything else.
Thanks

The ARMember TeamHello,
If the Booking Form color isn’t changing, it might be due to browser caching. Please try checking it in private/incognito mode or perform a hard refresh on the page.
If the problem continues, kindly provide a screencast of the steps you’re taking so I can further investigate and assist you.
Thank you.
Hello,
The issue might be due to caching. If you’re using a caching plugin, please clear the website cache and try again. Also, check the site in an incognito tab to see if the issue persists.
Additionally, if there are any options like ‘Combine JS’ or ‘Minify HTML’ enabled, try deactivating them and check once more.
Thank you.
