Giving a bad review to a plugin for broken links is unfortunate, I just checked the reply from our support agent, and seems like both links are working fine, would you mind checking them again? Also, he must send the screenshots again as attachments if you keep the ticket open. You ended up the conversation by closing the ticket.
Also, we don’t have a trial version but we do have 14 days refund policy and this is what our agent said, giving some screenshots of the UI might not be enough to understand the whole functionalities, that’s why he mentioned it.
Though, I’d be happy to work with you to resolve your issue so that you can maybe reconsider your review.

It’s a conflict in our plugin that showed up after Elementor 3.5 update. It will be fixed in the next update. You are requested to reach our support portal for the beta version.
Regarding the grid issue, you can always modify the layout using custom CSS in the additional CSS section of your theme.Thanks

It is difficult to suspect the issue. Basically, we take the staging environment to troubleshoot any issue on our dedicated support portal. It would be much better if you reach our support as it required deeper investigation.

Sorry for the inconvenience. This is a site-specific issue as we haven’t received such a complaint yet. Would you please ensure a few things:
Please, deactivate the caching/security plugins temporarily if you have installed any. Also, check the browser console if there are any errors.
Make sure you are the admin/manager of the organization that you are trying to connect with. Also, your business must be verified.

You can follow these steps:
1. Log into your cPanel
2. Select “FTP Accounts” under the Files area of the cPanel home screen. (This settings option location depends on your hosting, if you don’t find this setting, contact your hosting provider they can help you.)
2. Select “Change Password” in the Actions column beside the FTP account that needs a password reset.

You may follow these instructions to solve this issue:
Step 1: Log in to your cPanel File Manager or Connect to your site with FTP.
Step 2: Go to public_html -> wp-content -> themes. You have two choices here: either rename your theme folder ex:astra-disable or simply delete it.
Step 3: If you don’t have a backup theme in your public_html -> wp-content -> themes folder already, manually download Twenty Twenty or any other theme and place its files into the themes folder.Thanks

Thanks for your query. This plugin has a dependency on jQuery. Most of the plugins in the WordPress ecosystem have this – even WordPress itself is dependent on jQuery. I think there is nothing additional in the plugin you have to load especially, we just call the jQuery instance from the WordPress core. Unfortunately, it is not possible to remove by now.
