Thanks for this Question. I´d like to emphasise this problem. i also need to make arabic and hebrew working (RTL) in a site that also is in english and german… Any advice?
I find myself also in the situation that everything worked until updating to Version 2.3.1
in my WP index.php template i don´t find any <HEAD> </HEAD> tags to write <?php wp_head(); ?>
Can anyone give me at least a hint to find this…
