The problem went away, it was because of bad MX records and not authorised domain
Hello. No its still unsolved. The link is not clickable in the received email(picture below)

If i click to view original version of the email i`m able to see the link but it has amperson “&” at the end.

If i copy the link as it is it will redirect me to enter the email again, if i delete amp; it will let me reset the password
