Password reset link corrupted

Hello. I`m having issue with resetting password. Whenever i click on Forgot Password? i enter email and when it comes i can’t click on the link to reset password its not clickable. I check for the link in page source and it is https://www.rjnailstory.co.uk/my-account/lost-password/?key=goNiTMvcbgAAwgP1EsEK&id=9
It has “amp;” between & and id in the link above. The link should be https://www.rjnailstory.co.uk/my-account/lost-password/?key=goNiTMvcbgAAwgP1EsEK&id=9
If i remove amp; and paste the link in the browser then i`m able to reset password. I tried disabling all plugins but woocommerce and the problem is still here-

Were you able to solve the issue? Upon checking your site, Forgot Password jumps to (https://www.rjnailstory.co.uk/my-account/lost-password) and Reset Password is clickable on my end:
