Can you let me know which import method are you using?
As a Free user you’d have only available CSV imports. In this case can you share the imported file with me?

You can use Shortcodes or Widgets to do it, but they’re only available with The Events Calendar PRO version.

Right now we don’t have any Custom Template feature available.Your Events will follow Views layout. You can customize that as you want to better show your Events.

We have released new versions of the plugin with other fixes, if this is a new issues would you mind to update The Events Calendar to latest version and see if this helps?

No painel do WordPress vá até “Events > Settings > Display > Date Format Settings > Compact Date Format”.Lá você pode alterar o formato da data para 15/01/2021
Isso deve resolver o problema

I’m sorry that you’re having issues with the plugin.All the 3 views should be working fine in free version.
I believe that this can be a conflict happening with some plugin.
