In reply to: Block Ip's which hit certain landing pageI love the level of paranoia there 🙂
You can do that via .htaccess like Altaf said, or you can just add the IP address at the top of your .htaccess file with “deny from IP”.
However, I would recommend going into the other direction: You should block every IP address from visiting wp-login/wp-admin and only allowing the ones you trust.
That way you don’t need these complex steps and you increased your security posture by quite a bit. I give some examples about it here:

In reply to: [Sucuri Security - Website Firewall (CloudProxy)] Deceptive: not freeWell, the plugin is free and open source, but meant to help CloudProxy users manage their account better. It is similar to many other SaaS plugins out there (like VaultPress).
I can’t speak for the WP team, but the goal of the repository is to allow open source and free plugins to be easily available for any wordpress user.
This seems like a permission error on your host. We create a directory inside wp-content/uploads and it seems we can’t write to it.
Can you check the perms there?

In reply to: [Sucuri Security - Website Firewall (CloudProxy)] Not a mature productHi ozgurpolat,
Sorry to hear about that. I would love to understand what was going on and see why it failed for you. We protect thousands of sites, but some times we may have a few hick ups.
If you can email me at dcid@sucuri.net, I can help you more.
thanks,

In reply to: [Sucuri Security - Website Firewall (CloudProxy)] Deceptive.I apologize about that. I just fixed the messaging to be more clear. As I did to psouza4, if you email me directly (dcid@sucuri.net), I will give you a free account to make up for it.
thanks,

Can you try again? We pushed an update that should fix it.
thanks,
Can you try again? We had some downtime a few days ago and it should work now.
Hi Mike,
We will add additional warnings in there. It does say that it may break and we do give an option to revert, but we will improve the messaging there.
thanks,
Yes, that’s definitely something we are discussing. We will see what we can do there 🙂
Yes, sorry about that. The new version will create that folder automatically from now on.
The plugin should work fine with WPMU. And CloudProxy does certainly work in there.
The pricing is per domain, so if you have multiple domains in your install, we charge for them separately.
thanks,
It should be fixed now. We pushed an update just a few minutes ago that will resolve it.
thanks,
It has been fixed. Our integrity database was still set for 3.6, so the changes on 3.6.1 were showing as modified.
thanks!
We switched the storage from the database to a flat file. Can you check if the plugin has permissions to write to wp-content/uploads/sucuri/ ?
thanks,
