Hi Diana- I can see a handful of others having these issues and how helpful you’ve been with the support. I’d love to use this plugin but at first setup it looks like my theme is also not displaying key parts to the checkout process within the plugin. I’m getting a blank order tab and payment tab.
Would you be able to check out our site and provide some guidance on functions additions so we can use the plugin.
I have the plugin turned off now, but our website is: https://warfighterhemp.com and we use ezBoozt theme (no longer available) https://themeforest.net/item/ezboozt-allinone-woocommerce-wordpress-theme/21008109
Can provide additional login to dev site or support as needed.

In reply to: [Import and export users and customers] Cron task not runningHi Javier- I’m still troubleshooting this. I was able to get the cron to run correctly, but only when the file path is on my local FTP. The cron does not seem to run when the path is set to use a Google Sheet URL.
Can the plugin pull the CSV from an outside source- like Google Sheets, or a CSV file in Dropbox, or AWS, or other, or does the file HAVE to be /wp-content/uploads/test.csv?

In reply to: [Import and export users and customers] Cron task not runningThanks for the quick reply Javier. I was abel to find specific instructions from our hosting provider for this. However, after it was setup- that still dod not work. It does not look like the problem is the cron running, but the job being added to cron task list to begin with. I am using WP Crontrol to diagnose.
