  • I can confirm that even after deactivating and then deleting the WooCommerce Admin plugin, the error still appears, same as the others have mentioned.

I can also confirm that deactivating all plugins and reactivating does not solve the problem. (I tried deactivating WooCommerce plugin only which broke the site as other plugins require the WooCommerce plugin. So It is probably better to to deactivate all, and reactivate all starting with the WooCommerce plugin when trying this). So, I deactivated all, and reactivated all. Error message still remains present.

Also note that I have the latest version of WooCommerce & WordPress.

As ZapERP previously mentioned, Zapier isn’t required if you pass the data in the product API itself for the product & the order. And you can look towards ATUM inventory for guidance on setting Shipping Locations (specifically API, product and order data that gets added).

A self upload would require us to upload the data quite frequently multiple times a day (and would be an annoying solution!). It would be far better updating on 10 minute intervals and/or updating on change of stock.

Our company is definitely not the only company in dire need of this, but as mentioned the only available solution starts at $200 per location with the MyWorks WooCommerce Multi Location Inventory + Order Routing alternative plugin. Our stores may sell a reasonable amount of items, but they are certainly not large profit items. $200 per location is extortionate! Especially for smaller businesses.

If you check websites such as PeoplePerHour.com & Freelancer.com you will see others are already trying to recruit developers to develop this. And if you check StackOverflow.com you will also find that developers are trying to build their own solutions (with help) to accomplish exactly what I have mentioned. So I genuinely believe this plugin would be the only plugin that meets the criteria that many are searching for.

@joeleem0n What is the progress going like on the additional features we mentioned before? Has anything been implemented as of yet?

Our company is struggling without this, and I am sure we are not the only company in this same predicament. The only other plugin out there which does similar is MyWorks WooCommerce Multi Location Inventory + Order Routing. However they charge a starting price at an eye-watering $200 per location, per year!! Very steep!

I have just deactivated WooCommerce, installed “WooCommerce Admin” plugin, then activated both plugins and WooCommerce 4.0 has worked correctly.

Do you have “WooCommerce Admin” plugin activated also?

Maybe its this plugin that adds & requires the missing tables. (Actually, when updating to WooCommerce 4.0 it does mention that WooCommerce Admin plugin is required)

Mine is also throwing many errors regarding the same 2 tables. These errors occurred after updating to WooCommerce 4.0

    “xxxxx_wc_admin_note_actions” & “xxxxx_wc_admin_notes” does not exist.

Using WP Rollback plugin and rolling back WooCommerce to version 3.9.3 resolves this… for now.

I am not so sure it is different.
Mine is also having problems with Apple products.

I am having very similar trouble. The Portfolio doesn’t work on iPhone & iPad too. Other devices work fine. But for me the entire Portfolio doesn’t load on the page. Instead roughly 1 second after the page has loaded the devices get a top-bar message stating the page has reloaded as there was an error. After page reload, it refreshes once again, and then I get a standard safari page error where even the rest of the website didn’t load.

@joeleem0n I have just received another email from ZapERP regarding API’s:

Why not just pass the data in the product API itself, so make it available both in the product and in the order. There is a no need for Zapier if we follow this way.

Also, we studied various plugins that can support or provide us Warehouse / Location data. It seems at the moment ATUM Multi-inventory (www.stockmanagementlabs.com) is the only way to go. So if you are developing your own custom plugin, I would recommend you refer to it, and follow the same rules it has for API’s (not everything, but API, product and order data that gets added)

@joeleem0n Thanks for the fast response.
Okay excellent. The Order Routing would be much better this way, and I think much more professional on the sellers side, automating things where possible.

ZapERP (Our inventory cloud software) states that the multi-integrator Zapier is Coming Soon. After enquiring an ETA, they have said:

don’t worry, we have already prioritised this. Not long now.

The free Zapier plan should definitely work for our store when it does. Users that have over 100 online sales a month may need to purchase the upgraded Zapier plan as the free plan only allows 100 tasks per zap, per month.

Hi, Thank you for your help, however the problem has been resolved. I contact my hosting and it turned out to be something server related. So all is okay now.

Hi. Okay I think this may have cured it.

    Many thanks.

Yoast add in the other Schema data, so why not these specifics also?

Since Google changed their requirements recently and now request all websites to produce these Schema entries, all WooCommerce websites (and some other websites too) are having this same problem. As @philrushworth mentioned, there is a quick fix that the Woo team have provided, which should work until they bring out a patch that should fix this more permanently in their next update of WooCommerce. But like I mentioned, if Yoast add the other Schema, why not add something for “aggregateRating”, “review”, “availability” fields, and “priceValidUntil” which people are having trouble with also?

Note: The WooCommerce fix has now already been implemented, however the above 3 mentioned criteria do not also resolve.

That’s still very debatable as many others may resolve their problem by doing the same as me.

Nevermind I have fixed the problem myself.

Yes reCAPTCHA V3 is setup correctly on my site, however after speaking with Google the problem was with the ReCAPTCHA on their side. So I had to remove the reCAPTCHA V3, issue myself a new set of keys, and put these into my website again.

The email form is working perfectly again.

And no, the logo is hidden on every page with css display: none;.

I have logged into Klaviyo (Where the Discount & Promotions newsletter signup popup was created) and I’ve disabled/unpublished it. So it is no longer live on my site.
I have logged into Cloudflare and purged all cache.
I have then cleared all my browser cookies/cache.
I have used incognito in Google Chrome for private browsing just to make sure no cache is being loaded.
I have navigated to to the contact form, and I still get the same error message.

See link below for screenshot of Klaviyo unpublished confirmation:
