What required fields are missing?
It uses the default + a drop down for the subject. Nothing more.reCAPTCHA v3 is being used in the form, the keys have already been updated. The actually reCAPTCHA logo I have hidden in CSS (which is allowed by google as long as you have the little paragraph statement below the form, which I do)

@askteetravel, with the twentysixteen theme, and the MegaMenu you are using, I have just replicated your site (without any additional plugins) and you can totally replace your MegaMenu below your header image like I originally mentioned. It does also eliminate the issue with the menu hiding behind other objects so this is a little bonus! 🙂 (The issue is with the MegaMenu combined with the twentysixteen theme).
This can be done by swopping which is your primary menu inside the Menu settings in WordPress. From here you can also choose to open the MegaMenu plugin settings for that particular menu (or menu item) giving you a world of options for the look and feel of the menu your using. Despite the little hiding error, I do actually rate this plugin! Great choice!Forum: Fixing WordPress

I was willing to provide as much help as possible while out & about on my mobile before reaching my iMac at home. Besides, don’t attempt to criticise me for “not reading” when you admitted to not reading the question correctly! That is pretty bias & hypocritical.
Wordpress seems stable now, all plugins enabled & activated again, functions are back in place, and all seems good!
Most probably the best and most helpful experience I have received on the wordpress.org forums, 10/10! Once again, thank you for your help!

I have cleared the cache on the site & my browser again, opened a new browser window in incognito, but still no change. Still no WordPress toolbar or Dashboard is displayed for my admin account.
Using this SQL command I can see all the administrators that currently exist:

I believe your Menu ‘may’ be set as a secondary menu
the keyword which I also semi-quoted was the word ‘may’. Meaning it may or may-not be set as a secondary menu, but if so, then I provided the solution. (Nope, not half a solution, a full solution!)
Look, the user asked 2 questions. And wanted to resolve both.
You provided half the resolution for 1, and I provided the other half for it. I also informed the user on the best option from an experienced developers point of view, which would be to choose a theme that facilitates her requirements, which many other developers around the world agree as they have provided the same advice.But, I guess myself and those many other developers are wrong about this… and only you are correct.
It is okay, I have noted down which users are admins, I have a list of which are subscribed/unsubscribed inside Klaviyo/MailChimp.
I have deactivated all plugins, and I have changed the option_value to the default using the script below:

Now we should to find the “unfiltered_html” capability in the “Editor” role, copy the sequence

From an experienced developer, the best option *IS* what you should offer the user! – Would you offer the user a terrible way of doing things because “it is what they want”? In reply to: Need to move navigation menuI am talking about removing the menu from its theme location and replacing it in another location. It would be better to choose a theme that has already got a menu under the header image than to alter the theme itself! Did you look at the forum link I sent??
Someone is using the exact same twentysixteen theme as @askteetravel, they have asked the exact same question about moving the menu below the header image, and someone has provided the exact same reply as to what I provided. It is better not to alter the themes structure, but better to choose a different theme that facilitates.

So, if I disable all plugins firstly, then the plan is to reset the user roles, then attempt to login to the dashboard and reactivate all the plugins and then reassign which users have admin access, which users are subscribers to our newsletter etc? Our site has a lot of registered customers/newsletter subscribers. I am just thinking how I could sort which are which, and of course which few have unsubscribed from the newsletter, as I do not want to be adding them once again.
