I am still unable to resolve this issue. This is a new problem and was brought to my attention by the owner of the site. I have tried troubleshooting and can’t resolve – using Safari, I am not getting a popup and cannot get past the “continue” on PayPal. A programmer friend of mine that took a look says that there are errors. I need to resolve this so this site can be used properly.

Please help.

So I am processing a transaction as a guest, so I am not logging into PayPal, but rather selecting the debit / credit card transaction. When using Safari, I click continue and it appears to do nothing, but what I do notice, that if I go back to website it gives me a message with a black background that reads:

Paypal
Don’t see the secure PayPal browser? We’ll help you relaunch the browser to complete your purchase. Click to continue.

This takes me back to the “PayPal” page with the data that I previously entered.

What I did notice, though, without completing the purchase, it seems to work with Chrome.

Oh my gosh disabling the plugin fixed the issue!!!! I so appreciate your assistance.

Is there something in particular that I should tell Siteground so this isn’t an issue in the future!

Hi, I am not sure what the Cachepress plugin is. I have an SG Optimizer plugin with Caching options, but I have disabled 3 of them and it didn’t change anything.

Thank you for the reply, I was just wondering though, the customer still puts the cc information in on the site, is there any security issue with that as long as it is a secure site?

Also then, is there any PCI compliance required on the site where the credit card information in put in, besides having an SSL ?

Modifying the header template is outside of my “expertise”. I don’t do php or anything like that. Is there another way that you would suggest to accomplish this?
