    I created a site for a client, gave him login information and he couldn’t get in. I whitelisted his IP address in All in One WP Security and he still can’t get in. I don’t want to disable the plugin and was wondering if someone could suggest something for me that would allow the client access.

    The information you have provided so far is fairly vague. Please provide more details.

    Are you at least able to log in?
    What behaviour is he seeing when you say he “can’t get in”?

    I set up the site and I can login without issue.

    This is one of the errors he got:

    ERROR: Access from your IP address has been blocked for security reasons. Please contact the administrator.

    I believe this was before I whitelisted his IP address, but even after I “whitelisted” it, he still cannot get in.

    The whitelisting isn’t going to help because he has been blocked by the login lockdown feature.
    Go to the User Login >> Login Lockdown settings page and in there you’ll see a link which will take you to the “Locked IP Addresses” page.
    When you’re in the “Locked IP Addresses” page simply unlock the relevant IP address.

    He isn’t listed on either the Locked IP or Permanent Block List.

    Perhaps the “Time Length of Lockout” expired – you need to check how long you set it for. All locked addresses will be automatically unlocked after that period.
