In reply to: Comments page mystery!Well I can see that the comments page is not calling any css, thus no styling, if it is calling the header.php though everything should be there as it is on all other pages calling the header???

In reply to: FancyTooltips PluginAfter much ado I finally got it worked out! The biggest thing that caused a hassle was the simple description part that I completely ignored as I wanted to write in the attribute myself. I had used this description in the past but it added the description below the link so I was looking for title attribute. I took a look at the php file and figured it out. I do not believe there was mention of making a sub folder in plugins called fancytooltips but this was necessary and this is wher I went wrong as I just uploaded the php file into the plugins and activated it thus having no .js or .css. Dyslexcia strykes again

In reply to: FancyTooltips PluginOK thanks, I saw the description but I knew that that would add the description below the actual link so I did not think that that was it. I will give it a shot now, not sure about the second way of adding it{you’ll need to edit the templates of your blog and enter the titles in manually.}

In reply to: FancyTooltips Plugin@victr I still can not seem to get the hang of your plug in. I understand how it works via alt/title attributes which would be simple to write in edit mode but this wysiwyg interface of wp is driving me nuts!!!!
In the links page there is all kinds of stuff
identity another web address of mine
friendship acquaintance contact friend none
physical met
professional co-worker colleague
geographical co-resident neighbor none
family child kin parent sibling spouse none
romantic muse crush date sweetheartall i want is to add a simple title attribute.

In reply to: Stupidist question there is!I think you misunderstood, right now if I do a fresh install, all the files are buried three folders deep. {wp-content/themes/default} What I want is to bypass all these folders to get at for example sidebar.php The reason is that it is a hassle when working in two installs to have to navigate thru each folder just to find the correct file. Yes I can set my ftp program to the correct path to find the actual templates but then everything else is off. Also I would like to get rid of extra folders such as classic, default,themes. etc
There must be some file that sets it to wp-content/themes/default . I just can not find it then this would make my ftping more enmooseable

In reply to: FancyTooltips PluginThanks NMoose, seeing it in action speaks volumes, I did not see the documentation on victr’ blog. The links on my 1.5 have not been touched/edited meaning they are what came with the 1.5 dl so they did not work, I will add the title or alt attribute so i can utilize, works sweet on you page BTW

In reply to: ie6 and firefox layouts are differentI think a quick fix would be to add padding for where your posts/main content is, IE should then behave

In reply to: Traducción al español wp1.5The only way is to re-register, when you log out and click the register button there is optional info to add website/ interests. The only way to to do it when you register, I thought I could update this later but there is no way.
