Hey @rudybrinkman Thank you very much for your rating and those 4 stars. We appreciate the comment and the bug report. The truth is that it is not a Joinchat error, since the plugin launches the WhatsApp API which is the one that executes the action. The failure may be in the Firefox browser itself that does not detect the App installed, assuming of course that it exists on that device. In short, everything that happens after you click the button and launch the API call is a problem that we cannot solve. Thank you very muchđź‘‹

Our return policy is clear and simple, you accept it with a check when you make a purchase on our site.
