    Hi Andres, you never asked for support, the only thing you asked for is a refund that you were not entitled to. Our return policy is clear and simple, you accept it with a check when you make a purchase on our site. That said, our plugin has a pretty good support, if anyone doubts it you can stop by and see how we do it.
