Thanks for this, it worked really well – added a few lines to make it fade gradually.
I had the same problem, same config as well, on 2 sites. I hope a fix can be found, I like this plugin.
Hi @wfadam, thanks for that. I’ve just got around to trying your suggestion. Now in wait mode to see if I get the correct alerts.

I had previously installed the plugin on another similar site (westbergholt.net) and the Robot question is displayed but, despite identical settings and newly installed keys, the Robot question is not displayed in winstred100.org. I have tried different browsers and computers to no effect.
I was already logged in so was able to continue to do everything I wanted on the site APART from add new posts or pages. I.e. I could access dashboard and other plugins, just not add new content.

In reply to: [FG Joomla to WordPress] Blank Screen on Test DatabaseSo with MySQL 5.1.73, PHP 5.3.27 & Joomla 1.5.26 (stable) this should work. Apart from PDO being set up and sufficient memory being available, are there other PHP settings that could cause this problem?

In reply to: [FG Joomla to WordPress] Blank Screen on Test DatabaseThe server I am on is running MySQL 5.1.73 and on seeing a warning that this version is no longer supported (rather like Joomla 1.5.26), I wondered if this might be a problem – does FG Joomla need a specific minimum mySQL or PHP to run?

In reply to: [FG Joomla to WordPress] Blank Screen on Test DatabaseThanks for the idea Kerfred but it occurs to me that if this works on my PC (& I’m a tad reluctant to try it since the reason I need to migrate away from Joomla is because the site has been subject to hacking recently) it won’t tell me what is wrong with the server. I wonder if somebody who understands PHP would know what is wrong with the PHP settings – there is a page listing these at http://www.winstred100.org/win100/info.php.

Hi there, I’ve tried installing the WP-mail-SMTP plugin on my friends website so that her contact form might work (hypnosis4health.co.uk/about-me/contact-me/), and the form still doesn’t work – I have WP 3.4.2 and it does warn that this addin hasn’t been tested beyond 3.2.1 – might that be a problem?
