Thank you very much for your quick reply! The slider works now with the W3 total cache plugin deactivated. What can I do to have the slider work with the W3 plugin re-activated?
*update: I unchecked the ‘hide shipping costs until an address is entered’ and now the flat rates show up again. Thanks for the help, I hope the issue will be resolved quickly
Could anyone please explain those steps, it seems like I am not fully understanding it? I live in Europe (Netherlands) so states are not mandatory to be filled in during cart ort checkout and my Woocommerce had already been updated.
