Error is: (#12) object_id field is deprecated for versions v3.3 and higher
This is clearly an issue with the plugin that needs to be updated by the authors.

Thanks for the prompt response.
It seems the problem is sorted and seemed to be related to a caching issue whereby I had implemented the same shortcode on each tab, but then modified it thereafter – and the cache obviously kept displaying the initial shortcode before it was modified.
Nevertheless, it is working as planned now.
