Hi @cybr
Many thanks for the reply. The pages in question are all outputted by WooCommerce (shop page and category pages with sub-categories). I believe that it is an issue with WooCommerce as I can replicate the issue with any theme and with only the WooCommerce plugin published.
Thanks for the advice on removing the rel link on paignated pages (which I’d forgotten about), but maybe that would not help with SEO in general as quite a few of our product category pages (and blog) do have paignation which needs to be indexed. Will update once I have heard back from WooCommerce!
Thank you. Well should be fine. We are on Apache right now….
A further question. We do not upload that many images on a monthly basis. Some months go by and we upload none. Do you offer any type of “pay as you go” option, where we can pay as and when we need to do any upload (rather than having to pay every month)? Of course we would need the plugin to be active, so that the images were displayed in the new format.
Thanks for your quick reply π
Basically all my photos now on my website are reasonably low quality jpgs. It will take me time, but I want to replace them all with larger better quality images.
1. How will your plugin manage all my low quality jgs? Will it still try to serve them in exif/webp format?
2. Does your plugin have any issues with sites running on Apache / Nginx server setups?Yes perfect many thanks

In reply to: [Google Analytics for WooCommerce] Borlabs Cookie / Gtag questionI just did today and it seems like we are covered. Apparently the tags are being blocked before consent is given. Thanks in any case

In reply to: [YayCurrency - WooCommerce Multi-Currency Switcher] Plugin crashes siteHi Rose. I will get that done for you later today π
Just quickly can you expalin something as I am not even sure your plugin is suitable for my needs. I am building a site with Elementor which sells advertising packages but it will NOT be using WooCommerce. The theme uses Stripe connect for payments.
On the English payment packages page I want to show prices in GBP and on the German in EURO. EURO will be the base price then I need a plugin to convert the EURO price to GBP, based on the exchange rate.
Can your plugin do that or does it require WooCommerce to work?
Thaks

In reply to: [YayCurrency - WooCommerce Multi-Currency Switcher] Plugin crashes sitehello,
No as I said it is server side, in our hosting. It password protects the root folder of our site, to completely lock out bots etc. But it will stop your plugin communicating with any 3rd party web address. This is where your plugin is having an issue, as on install it is trying to retrieve information from some 3rd party URL which it cannot, therefore it does not finish the install.

In reply to: [YayCurrency - WooCommerce Multi-Currency Switcher] Plugin crashes siteWell its the classic white screen with “Your site has experienced a technical issue”. As I said, you can replicate this yourself. Just password protect your staging site server side, then try and install your plugin.
Many thanks for the reply π
OK I was thinking that the ghost carts are still stored in the DB, even though they do not show in the plugin. So basically if we disbale ghost carts in the plugin settings, they are not saved anywhere? If so, perfect! Many tanks for the reply. You can close this as now data is flowing. I think I just needed to wait more than 24hrs once I had switched to GA4.
Many thanks for the reply and explanation @cybr.
Yes I already have the Advanced Query Protection (AQP) feature enabled.Cheers!
