OK perfect. I went ahead and bought the PRO version.
First thing I’m not sure how to resolve – Is it possible to change the date format for the coupon in the email? It is a format which could be confused (we often see our days before the months).
Or does it take the WordPress date format?
OK sounds good. After some testing I had a further question/s.
1. How does the system know when a cart has been abandoned on mobile, if the user is logged in? The first email is sent 5 minutes after cart abandonment, but how do you define when a cart is abandoned? We do not want an email being sent if someone is still browsing the site.
2. Some completed orders bypass the “order success page” like PayPal (if you do not click to return to the Merchants shop). I take it that will not trigger an email to be sent to the customer, after they have made an order but not reached the “Order Sucess” page?
Thanks again
OK great. You missed my last question:
Is there any way to use First Name tags in the recovery emails?
Thank you! Another few quick questions which I forgot:
1. Can we upload an .svg file for our logo in the email reminders (Pro version)?
2. Can we set the coupon to expire after 5 hrs for example, or does the coupon system use the inbuilt WC coupons (ie can only set for days)?
3. Is there any way to use First Name tags in the recovery emails?- This reply was modified 4 years, 8 months ago by dav74.
Many thanks for your quick reply!
On the Pro version can we get rid of the “Reminded using cartbounty” signature on emails?
Also is there any way we can add some sort of countdown in the email reminder (for coupon codes) to give a sense of urgency?
great many thanks Paolo
Perfect thanks 🙂
Added to the last question, if the site is being built should we set in WordPress settings discourage search engines from indexing the site, or not?
Maybe it is a better idea we do not do this and allow search engines to at least discover the holding page. Thoughts appreicated!
No problem @stiofansisland
Will do that now 🙂

4 weeks and no reply. An answer would have been nice.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] WooCommerce update / WPML causing server errorsHello @amandasjackson
Thanks for the reply. As I said in my original ticket, this problem was only caused when updating the WooCommerce plugin which we tested on a staging site, so yes it is the result of WooCommerce and or a conflict with WPML.
WPML say it’s not their fault so here I am 🙂
I posted the details to the Github in any case.

Yes that’s correct – the autofill button.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Bug with latest release and WPMLHello,
Thanks for your reply. What is very strange is that we took a copy of the live website which has this ajax problem on the secondary language pages, and put it on to a new staging URL (a different TLD). We checked the site and the problem was gone.
How can this be? Any ideas? As I said, 2 identical sites. On one URL it works without issue and on the other not.
