In reply to: [MailPoet - Newsletters, Email Marketing, and Automation] Mail never arrivesHi there @davidfonsbo ๐๐ฝ!
Thank you for reaching out to MailPoet Support!
OK, so as this seems a deliverability issue, please do another test using the MailPoet Sending Service and then reach out to us via https://www.mailpoet.com/support/sales-pre-sales-questions/
Please make include a link to this thread
Your request will be triaged accordingly when we receive it and weโll be able to provide you with more information there.

Hi there @davidfonsbo ๐๐ฝ!
Thank you for reaching out to MailPoet Support!
but we donโt want my name on the form.
I am not sure I am entirely understanding your question. Could you please reach back to us to share some screenshots on your setup and what you would like to change?
Looking forward to hearing back from you!
Cheers!Hi there @opus73 ๐๐ฝ!
Thank you for reaching out to MailPoet Support!
So I ask myself this question: can a staging site share the same activation key as its live version?
While I think that the key is not expected to work, you should be able to do all the required testing activity such as managing subscribers, lists, etc.
Sending will not work, but everything else should be OK.
Please keep us posted, we’ll be glad to keep troubleshooting this issue with you.
Thanks
Cheers!
Hi there @tom2708 ๐๐ฝ!
Thank you for reaching out to MailPoet Support!
when we update posts subsrcibers receive always post notifications. It is possible to configure Mailpoet that post notifications would be sent only for new posts.
Oh, that’s unexpected! I have not been able to reproduce that on my test site though.
Could you please explain the exact steps that you have taken to find that issue? Have you recently activated (or created) the post notification?
Looking forward to hearing back from you!
Cheers

In reply to: [MailPoet - Newsletters, Email Marketing, and Automation] Zapier integrationHi there @elishama ๐๐ฝ!
Thank you for reaching out to MailPoet Support!
When is Mailpoet planning on creating a direct Zapier integration?
Oh, I totally understand your frustration with this issue. The truth is that we don’t have any ETA for a full Zapier integration. It would be great if you could comment and upvote this suggestion here https://mailpoet.canny.io/integrations/p/add-zapier-integration
Our team regularly reviews them and takes them into account when discussing new features and improvements for the plugin ๐
Alternatively, if you are familiar with code, MailPoet has an integrated API that you could use for that: https://kb.mailpoet.com/article/195-add-subscribers-through-your-own-form-or-plugin
If you need help with custom code, you can reach out to someone from Codeable: https://codeable.io.
Thanks for your patience, and your feedback.
Cheers!
Hi there @shiftsrl ๐๐ฝ!
Thank you for reaching out to MailPoet Support!
Any suggestion?
While I am not an expert on the CMP plugin I would like to try to help you with this issue.
Can you please confirm that the registration form has been created with MailPoet? And can you describe the issue in more detail? I have tested the form and got a message error.
Nice background picture BTW, I love that city.
Cheers!
Hi there @vaughanmoore ๐๐ฝ!
Thank you for reaching out to MailPoet Support!
What do I need to do next to make sure I can continue using Mailpoet?
You can follow the steps listed in this tutorial to change the domain associated with your MailPoet Key.

Hi there @ ๐๐ฝ!
Thank you for reaching out to MailPoet Support!
https://kb.mailpoet.com/article/365-how-to-solve-3rd-party-css-menu-conflict is the solution, Iโve tried putting it into functions.php but it doesnโt seem to work!
So, you would need to add the snippets of code listed in the tutorial and make sure to change โ modern-events-calendar-liteโ with the plugin name that is conflicting.
Please give it a try and keep us posted!
Cheers!

Hi there @w-sky ๐๐ฝ!
Thank you for reaching out to MailPoet Support!
However I found that this snippet will fill the email address into ALL input fields of the mailpoet signup form. First name, last name, custom fieldsโฆ is there a way to fix this?
No, unfortunately, this is not possible with the MailPoet plugin out of the box.
However, it might be possible with some custom code. If you need help with custom code, you can reach out to someone from Codeable: https://codeable.io.
Youโre also welcome to add it as a suggestion here, I think that it would be a nice add-on for our forms: https://feedback.mailpoet.com
Cheers!
Hi there @krmacons ๐๐ฝ!
Thank you for reaching out to MailPoet Support!
is MailPoet capable of performing this action? Iโm comfortable with editing code if needed.
No, `unfortunately this is not possible with the MailPoet plugin out of the box. Automatic Post Notification will only send published post as explained here:
https://kb.mailpoet.com/article/238-faq-post-notifications
However, it might be possible with some custom code. If you need help with custom code, you can reach out to someone from Codeable: https://codeable.io.
Youโre also welcome to add it as a suggestion here https://feedback.mailpoet.com
Our team will take it into account when discussing new features and improvements for the plugin ๐

Hi there @openmindculture ๐๐ฝ!
Thank you for reaching out to MailPoet Support!
Please add an option (or change the default behaviour) so that there is no โ!importantโ declaration in any inline styles that are generated by MailPoet.
Thanks for your candid feedback. I think that this would really make sense. While I will share it with the product team, it would be great if you could add it as a suggestion here https://feedback.mailpoet.com so that other users can upvote and comment on it.
Cheers!
Hi again @crescendoweb,
Thanks for reaching back and for clarifying.
the event date should be used instead.
The published date is the one used for any post type, including events. While I totally understand your point and it would make sense to have it as you said, the code is not tailored to the posts created by that specific plugin.
My recommendation would be to try to accomplish that with a developer as explained before. Or to contact the Events Calendar team to see if the would be interested in creating an integration with MailPoet (although that seems a long shot, to be honest)
I hope this helps!
Hi there @justincasedev ๐๐ฝ!
Thank you for reaching out to MailPoet Support!
Any ideas on how we can get a more consistent result?
Could you changing the Task Scheduler option under MailPoet > Settings > Advanced to the Cron job?
Here you have instructions on how to activate the Cron job on your server: https://kb.mailpoet.com/article/257-setting-the-server-side-cron-linux-cron
Please give that approach a try and keep us posted
Cheers!
