Hi there @bdoubt ππ½!
Thank you for reaching out to MailPoet Support!
I have already completed all the steps of mailpoet but it is not activated on the web. In addition, the pop-up window that I have configured does not come out either. How is it done?
So if I am getting this right you are having issues while setting a MailPoet Pop-up form. Here you have the steps to set it up:
https://kb.mailpoet.com/article/363-how-to-create-a-pop-up-slider-form
Please note that, there are certain cases in which the Pop-up form won’t be shown as explained here:
https://kb.mailpoet.com/article/363-how-to-create-a-pop-up-slider-form#popup-doesnt-work
In that case, you will want to either use a different type of MailPoet form, or use a third-party option as Holler
I hope this helps, but please keep us posted if you need any further help.
Cheers!

In reply to: [MailPoet - Newsletters, Email Marketing, and Automation] Crashes websiteHi there @woylon ππ½,
Oh, did you find any specific details using the Query Monitor plugin on what exactly was causing the WP site to crash?
When we see issues with server performance we sometimes changing the Task Scheduler method. That could be an option for you, specially setting up a Cron Task.

Hi again @reallygreenjames ππ½,
Can you please try the steps listed in this tutorial?
https://kb.mailpoet.com/article/204-how-to-test-for-plugins-conflict
I am asking that because this could be a conflict with another plugin.
If that doesn’t solve the issue please contact us via https://www.mailpoet.com/support/sales-pre-sales-questions/ and include a link to this thread

Hi there @madriverweb ,
Thanks for your candid feedback.
If I paid for the plugin, would I be able to remove the βlist-unsubscribeβ tag from the email header?
No, the options would be the same. I am not entirely sure but you might be able to get rid of it with some custom code, because you are not using the MailPoet Sending Service
I will make sure to share your feedback with the product team, but it would be great if you could share this ideas here too https://feedback.mailpoet.com so that other users can upvote and comment on it.
Our team will take it into account when discussing new features and improvements for the plugin

Hi again @tictubso ππ½
Sorry for the late reply.
>As per previous I only have 2,013 WordPress users and 60,000 on Mailpoet.
Mhh, that’s odd because, if the WordPress users have been deleted you should be able to also delete them from the MailPoet lists.
Can you try with just one user that you know for sure has been deleted as WP user?
Thanks
Hi there @dzackc ππ½!
Thank you for reaching out to MailPoet Support!
I do like the idea that you are proposing but this is not possible with the MailPoet plugin out of the box.
However, it might be possible with some custom code. If you need help with custom code, you can reach out to someone from Codeable: https://codeable.io.
Youβre also welcome to add it as a suggestion here https://feedback.mailpoet.com
Our team will take it into account when discussing new features and improvements for the plugin π`

Hey,
Glad to hear you got it working the way you needed. Thanks for the update!
