Hi again @mparraud 👋🏽
So I have checked this with our developers. They have reviewed our code and nothing have changed indeed with how MailPoet handles custom post types.
As long as they are searchable on the frontend of the site (i.e. “exclude_from_search” is set to false), then they should be available in the MailPoet emails (Posts, and Automatic Latest Content blocks).
So with that information the issue that you have noticed is outside of our scope of support.
Having said this, you could use this information to reach out to the Events Calendar team, let them know about the issue since their latest release and see if they can shed some light on it or fix it.
I hope this helps.

Everytime I click the “MailPoet” tab it changes the theme tab icons – “WoodMart” and “Theme settings” to default gear icons.
Wow, that’s really odd! So, if I am getting this right, Woodmart is a paid theme. I am asking because I couldn’t find it on the WordPress.org repository.
If that’s right and you want us to have a deeper look at this issue, you could contact us via https://www.mailpoet.com/support/sales-pre-sales-questions/ and include a link to this thread?

I know the it is intended to only send new posts. If there isn’t an easy way to configure this. Can we through code go in and weekly reset all of our posts to be eligible to be resent?
Well in this case updating the posts, or changing the date (either manually or with a cron job) won’t trigger sending. As explained in the Post Notifications FAQ only new published posts will be included.
This means that there is no an easy fix for your request. Having said that you could try:
– Create an email template using the POSTS widget instead of the ‘Latest Posts’ widget. You will need to re-create the email every week and manually select the latests 5 posts, but that would work.
– Alternatively, you could publish/republish 5 posts every week. Finally, it would be great if you could add it as a suggestion here https://feedback.mailpoet.com so that other users can upvote and comment on it.
Our team will take it into account when discussing new features and improvements for the plugin 🙂

In reply to: [MailPoet - Newsletters, Email Marketing, and Automation] Registration errorHi there @inscriptionweb 👋🏽!
Thank you for reaching out to MailPoet Support!
For some time now I have had a problem with the subscription to a newsletter. The system returns me “An error occurred while processing the request, please try again later.”
Sure thing, if you’re seeing this error message when using a MailPoet 3 version higher than 3.60.4, it means the subscription form is not working as expected because your website is using an older jQuery version.
We recommend using jQuery 3.6.0 and we only support 2.2.4+ or 1.12.4+, so you’ll need to update the jQuery version for your website in order to get it fixed. Alternatively, you can roll back to an older version of MailPoet 3 (not recommended).
If you’re using a recent version of jQuery and the error persists, it could be that you have ModSecurity enabled and it’s blocking the requests coming from our form. In this case, we recommend contacting your hosting support to see if ModSecruity is enabled and if you can disable it for the page where the form is placed.
Cheers!

Hi there @chinskimandaryn 👋🏽!
Thank you for reaching out to MailPoet Support!
When checking the message, the e-mail: mail-tester.com displays the following message:
-2.499 URI_WP_HACKED_2 URI for compromised WordPress site, possible malwareThe URI_WP_HACKED_2 item is a false-positive, probably because you included social icons in your newsletter or because it doesn’t identify the shortcodes added to the newsletter as valid URLs, for example. It may affect your score, but you can safely ignore it.

Hi there @harmlessvikmartin 👋🏽!
Thank you for reaching out to MailPoet Support!
noticed that when the blog post is displayed in the email the image captions are not included
So I have tested this on my test site and I noticed that captions are missing too.
HTML for emails is a bit of a complex field so I am checking this with the developers to see if it is a bug or a feature.
I will keep you posted as soon as I hear from them.
Cheers!

Hi there @quinzy 👋🏽!
Thank you for reaching out to MailPoet Support!
the following error code is displayed.
can someone please explain to meOh, I am sorry to hear about that problem. Do you see any other error messages, or any other extra text?
A 403 error is normally a permissions issue. So if you don’t see any additional context, could you please reach out to your hosting company and let us know about this issue? They will be able to check the logs and shed some additional light on this issue.
Looking forward to hearing back from you!
Cheers!
