Β you cannot delete a subscriber, it means they’re probably added to theΒ WordPress Users listΒ or theΒ WooCommerce Customers list.Β Please refer to this guide to find out the next best steps: Why Can’t I Delete my Subscribers?

Hi there @alfredo1216 ππ½!

shortcode is not doing the job and does not assign the year.
Oh, thanks for spotting that. I have been able to reproduce the same issue on my test site. I’ll reach out to our developers and I will keep you posted as soon as we hear from them.
Thanks for your patience.

Not sure why I have this issue, but I canβt see any topics on others having this issue?
Could you please share a URL where you experience that issue, and also the form template that you are using?
It could be a theme conflict but I’ll be glad to test it on my end too.
Cheers!
Hi there @vilayati ππ½!
Thank you for reaching out to MailPoet Support!
BUT on my wordpress website, under MailPoet there exists no such option to type in
So, if you already have your plan Key you will need to enter it under MailPoet > Settings > Key activation… tab
The steps are listed in this tutorial: Instructions to Activate your MailPoet Key
I hope this helps!
Cheers!
Hi there @karenlynneklink776 ππ½!
I still have my notification or the original subscriber in my email, but she is missing from my list. She did NOT unsubscribe. What happened?
I can’t access your site from my end and all your subscribers are just saved on your site (and not our servers).
Having said that, you could search their email address under MailPoet > Subscribers. Just make sure to verify the different tabs, as they might be in the Trash, Bounced, Unconfirmed, or Unsubscribed status.
I hope this helps!
Cheers!
Hi there @dreadlox !
Thank you for reaching out to MailPoet Support!
I just installed Mailpoet on my blog, only activated it and my TTFB went from 700ms straight to 2.814s !
Have you double-checked that the TTFB change is due to MailPoet in the network tab of your browser?
I’d be curious to know how MailPoet has impacted it.
Looking forward to hearing back from you!
Cheers

Thank you for reaching out to MailPoet Support!
This is not possible with the MailPoet plugin out of the box.
However, it might be possible with some custom code. If you need help with custom code, you can reach out to someone from Codeable: https://codeable.io
Youβre also welcome to add it as a suggestion here https://feedback.mailpoet.com
Our team will take it into account when discussing new features and improvements for the plugin π
Cheers!
Hi there @taastrategies ππ½!
Thank you for reaching out to MailPoet Support!
Yes, if I am getting this right, the post notification was sent after it was activated in the scheduled time.
That’s expected as explained here:
WhenΒ creating a Post Notification, all the posts you see in the Automatic Latest Content block are going to be sent in the first email.Β
If you would like a setting to prevent it from send the first email, it would be great if you could add it as a suggestion here https://feedback.mailpoet.com so that other users can upvote and comment on it.
Our team will take it into account when discussing new features and improvements for the plugin π

In reply to: [MailPoet - Newsletters, Email Marketing, and Automation] PHP errorHi there @cfm168 ππ½!

in /home/mysitey.com/wp-content/plugins/mailpoet/lib/Util/Cookies.php on line 35
Is that the complete message that you are seeing? Can you check your PHP logs to see if there’s any additional context.
That extra context could shed some light on this issue.

In reply to: [MailPoet - Newsletters, Email Marketing, and Automation] Lastest ContentHi there @ljubamarcolin ππ½!
Thank you for reaching out to MailPoet Support!
Iβd like to know if there is an alternative way to show the previous 3 posts.
No, if you choose to send them inmediately only newly published posts from that point onwards will be sent.
If you choose to send with a different frequency and more than 1 post has been published since the last time: yes. But answering your question there’s not an automated way to always include the last 3.
Cheers!

Hi there @ildomandatore ππ½!
Thank you for reaching out to MailPoet Support!
Is it possible to use your plugin to send emails that are not newsletters?
What kind of emails would you like to send. You can send transactional emails using MailPoet as explained here: Choose How To Send Your WordPress Website’s Emails
And you can also create automattic emails based on some conditions like Welcome Emails or WooCommerce Automatic Emails
Cheers!
Oh, @sparefroh94 I’ve reached out to you via email a while ago.
