I think, you should find whether there is a setting to exclude particular image (that is site logo image) in Autoptimise plugin administration. Maybe, you will contact the plugin’s author to help with this, if you can’t find the setting.

Do you have other plugin being used to optimize image performance? If so, try disabling it, and re-insert the image to the respective block, save, and reload your page.
If still, the image doesn’t appear, you may want to run your test with basic WordPress installation (without any plugins) privately — only visible to you while logged in as administrator. This process is called troubleshooting mode. You can enable it with Health Check plugin.

In reply to: [Botiga] The change font option doesn’t show.The font names are taken from Google Fonts’ server via its API used by the theme. If your site is able to communicate with external services, the font selector will appear.
Please check with your web hosting support to ensure there is no particular setting that is blocking your site to access Google Fonts.
I need additional information to get to know the actual culprit. Do you have complete error message on your screen to share with a link on pastebin.com?
If the complete PHP error message doesn’t appearing to you, you may want to use a debugger plugin.

I’ve added this to our roadmap for development team review. I believe new settings for this will be added to the theme’s Customizer if the development team see its fit.
