this plugins works for me and i have more than 50 sites with this plugin, so it is not dead, but it is not good for large DBS, when i add more than 100 of rss, it goes down and not working any more. and I can not say which feed should be updated. and no limitation , no multiple cron jobs for load balancing..

I have more than 200 feeds, which when i do update_feedwordpress it takes a long time, more than 15 minutes, then the first feeds do not be updated within that 15 mins. i need to update a specified feeds. how it is possible?
