Thank you. The plugin is still not working (the Dashboard is missing the blue buttons and toggle switch), but I have started a thread on the plugin support page.
Thank you so much for addressing this issue and I look forward to the update.

In reply to: [3CX Free Live Chat, Calls & Messaging] Did the User Interface Change?If you are not seeing the submenu anymore, you can try to delete the plugin and reinstall it. Then you’ll be prompted to use the installation wizard to set things up. That worked for me, but any data you had will be lost.
I deleted the plugin and reinstalled it. That worked for me to see the sub-menu items again (and prompt for the installation wizard).
