If you are not seeing the submenu anymore, you can try to delete the plugin and reinstall it. Then you’ll be prompted to use the installation wizard to set things up. That worked for me, but any data you had will be lost.

Not sure why the chatbox is at that small of a size. You can resize the chatbox to any height you want from the “Settings > Chat Box > 30%-70% page height.
I’m referring to the design, not the size. Is there a way to get that user interface back?

Near the bottom of the page there should be an option to download a specific version of the plugin. Simply select the 8.2.0 version.
