You’ll need to FTP into your site and delete the BackUpWordPress folder.
Alternatively you can contact your host and ask them to upgrade your version of PHP to 5.3.2 which will also resolve the issue.

To resolve the error you’ll need to contact your host and ask them to update the MYSQL Client Tools to version 5.6 or later.

As for receiving the error after you upgraded PHP, you should contact your host as it’s likely your server hasn’t in-fact been updated.
