1. Are there any images on your website (not from our plugin) for which lazy loading works?
2. How do you enable lazy loading for those images?
3. Can you please send a system report for your site? You can generate a system report in WordPress admin area by going to WooCommerce -> Status -> Get system report.

Did you tick “Reviews Shortcodes” checkbox on “Review Extensions” tab of the plugin’s settings?

Please use one of the shortcodes that support “product” parameter to restrict reviews by a certain product:

If the mail-tester.com gives you 10 out 10, then there is nothing else we can do. This is the best possible email score.
Perhaps, the problem is with the content on your email? Can you please share a link to your mail-tester.com results page?

We are not legal experts and unfortunately cannot provide advice about GDPR. Different laws and regulations might apply depending on where you and your customers are located.
If you would like to use the Review Reminder feature of our plugin, you MUST update your terms and conditions and make sure that your customers consent to receive an invitation to review their order. Depending on the location of your customers, it might also be necessary to receive an explicit consent to send review reminders. In this case, it is mandatory to add the ‘Customer Consent’ checkbox.
