The plugin uses the standard WooCommerce reviews format where each review is associated with a specific product. Unfortunately, this format doesn’t facilitate sharing of reviews between products.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to send more than one email automatically. If you want, you can send additional emails manually. Please see this support article for more information: How to Manually Send Review Reminders.

2. Can you please send a system report for your site? You can generate a system report in WordPress admin area by going to WooCommerce -> Status -> Get system report.

Please check what email address is associated with those reviews. If there is a user account with this email in WordPress and it has permissions to manage WooCommerce store, then the “store manager” badge will be displayed.

You can change the Shop page in the standard WooCommerce settings (WooCommerce > Settings, Products tab). However, this will not make Google show stars for your home page. Google shows stars in organic search results only for product pages.

Ok, then it means that you are using the standard WooCommerce review form. The approval of reviews submitted via the standard WooCommerce review forms is controlled by “Discussion” settings in WordPress. The menu path is Settings -> Discussion. Then, on that page there is a setting “Before a comment appears”. Please use it to enable moderation of reviews.
