As I can see on the screenshot that you shared, you merged all the columns in just a single column. This is why import doesn’t work. Please use the template provided with the plugin. Also, please don’t try to import “xls” or “xlxs” because the plugin supports only “csv” format.

Please check sending of email using the “Send Test” field on “Review Reminders” tab and let me know if it works.

You can find full details about available shortcodes and supported parameters on the “Review Extensions” tab of the plugin’s settings.
Shortcodes that come with the plugin do not provide on-page review forms because reviews submitted directly on a store’s site cannot be verified.

I think the problem is that you added the shortcode [cusrev_reviews] to the area on the page that is outside of WooCommerce scope and hence does not have access to its product-related variables. Please try using other shortcodes where there is an option to set the product ID as a shortcode parameter or move [cusrev_reviews] inside “WP Post” area.

I think the problem is that you added the shortcode [cusrev_reviews] to the area on the page that is not related to WooCommerce and hence does not have access to its product-related variables. Please try using other shortcodes where there is an option to set the product ID as a shortcode parameter.
No worries! Please try using any official WooCommerce theme (e.g., https://woocommerce.com/storefront/) – it should help to quickly resolve this problem.
