The plugin comes with a ‘.pot’ file to facilitate translations. If you have a problem with the Loco Translate plugin, unfortunately, I don’t know it very well. It would be best if you could reach out to the Loco Translate plugin support directly. Sorry for not being able to be more helpful.

Please try to activate any official WooCommerce / WordPress theme (e.g., https://woocommerce.com/storefront/) and check if it resolves the issue.

If you would like to make rating stars mandatory, please enable the option “Star ratings should be required, not optional” on the “Products” tab of the standard WooCommerce settings.

1. Unfortunately, our plugin doesn’t have an option to show review form on view order page.
2. The standard WooCommerce already shows posted reviews on a product page. You don’t need any additional plugin for this purpose.

As I wrote above, shortcodes that come with the plugin do not provide on-page review forms because reviews submitted directly on a store’s site cannot be verified. Our plugin was built for collection of verified reviews via email invitations. The plugin does not provide ‘add a review’ button in the shortcodes.

This problem is not related to Cron. It is most likely that you had a development or a staging site in the past. Then, the database from that site was copied to your live site, and the plugin disabled automatic sending of review reminders to prevent two duplicate reminders (one from the staging site and one from the live site) to be sent to customers.
Can you please check if ‘Duplicate Site’ says ‘Yes’ on the ‘Diagnostics’ page in the plugin’s menu?
