No, unfortunately, it is not possible to add non-verified reviews to Trust Badges.

Yes, it should be possible with the [cusrev_reviews_grid] shortcode (or an equivalent Gutenberg block). Please see the “Shortcode” tab in the plugin’s settings for information about support parameters.

If there are no errors with manual sending, the issue could be caused by WordPress Cron. Please share a screenshot of your site’s health page (Tools -> Site Health).
Unfortunately, I don’t know what other plugins you have installed. This is why I asked for a system report in my previous post.
