    Hi,
    I need to know if with the free version of your plugin I can moderate reviews before publishing them. If so, could you tell me how to do it?

    Hi Cusrev I have the same question. After looking at your support portal link, it says “If you work with a customer and resolve their issue, the customer has a possibility to update their review. You can also post a public response to a review as explained here: how to reply to reviews.”

    So even if the customer wants to change the star rating, there is no way to do it?

    I understand that reviews can only be moderated if they have been obtained through the reminder sent to various customers. In all other cases, it cannot be done. Do I get it right?
