Unfortunately, it is not yet possible to import Q&A into our plugin. We will add this feature in the future updates of the plugin.

We updated visual style of review cards in the slider in the last update. If you have any kind of caching, please make sure that it is completely cleared.

I see that you have error 403, so please look at the section about errors 403 in the solution article I shared above. Based on the fact that your error message mentions “JWT”, I think that most likely you have “JWT Auth” security plugin installed that blocks posting of reviews.

2. I don’t need to edit the page you create.

Google looks at Review Schema only for product reviews. It doesn’t support it for shop reviews: https://developers.google.com/search/docs/data-types/review-snippet (unless it is a local business).

Unfortunately, we cannot offer all the features of the plugin in the Free version. If we did that, there would be no plugin at all. So, you will need a Pro version for custom email addresses.
If you want to have your reviews verified by a third party, the third party needs contact details of your users to send them invitations to review products from your store. There is no other way to ensure authenticity of reviews. It is an optional feature of the plugin and no information will be shared unless you explicitly enable it.

As far as I can see, the problem is caused by JavaScript errors coming either from your theme, other plugins or custom code: https://ibb.co/HXSbHdk
These errors most likely prevent our plugin from working correctly.
