1. No, you don’t need to disable the default WooCommerce product reviews. Our plugin uses the standard WordPress reviews format.
2. The standard WooCommerce functionality will automatically show reviews on the correct product page provided that you have a WooCommerce-compatible theme. You don’t need any plugin for this.

1. I see that you have customized the standard [cusrev_all_reviews] shortcode with custom code. Can you please remove the custom code and reset it to the default version that comes with the plugin?
2. Can you please share a screenshot of the 6 reviews that are in the “waiting” state?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to change it in the current version. We will add a filter to change this title in the future updates of the plugin.

Anyway, can you please update the plugin to the version 4.20 and check if your problem is resolved? Unfortunately, we cannot test it ourselves since DIVI is not open source and not available from the official WordPress website.
You will need to clear ALL cache in plugins / browser / etc after installing the update.

Can you please turn off auto-scroll for the sliders? It makes it difficult to troubleshoot CSS problems.
