As suggested in the step 8 of the solution mentioned above (No Review Reminders Are Sent), please try using CR Cron for scheduling and triggering review reminders. It doesn’t depend on WP Cron and should work even on websites with disabled WP Cron. Here is more information about CR Cron: CR Cron.

Well, this is because you clicked on the name of our company which is listed there as a plugin author 🙂 But even if you clicked on that link and came to our website, there is still a button “Contact” in the top menu there. I agree that it doesn’t say “Support” but “Contact” and “Support” are kind of similar when you would like to reach out to somebody to ask for help with the plugin.
Anyway, we understood that it was an issue for you and added a support forum link to the plugin’s details on “Plugins” page in WordPress admin. Hopefully, it will be useful for other people in the future!

It was caused by a fault of a load balancer in AWS (Amazon Web Services) infrastructure that we use to distribute incoming traffic. We notified AWS support about this problem and it should be resolved bu now. If you still experience any problems, please let me know.
