Please accept our apologies for this issue. It was caused by a fault of a load balancer in AWS (Amazon Web Services) infrastructure that we use to distribute incoming traffic. We’ve notified AWS support about this problem and they are actively working to resolve it.
I will get back to you with further updates as soon as I hear back from them. I appreciate your patience. Hopefully, it will be resolved soon.

If possible, please share what parameter you had to adjust in DIVI settings to resolve the problem. It will be really helpful to other people who might have a similar problem with DIVI in the future 🙂
