Hi @endanger , have you tried configuring the Conversion/Purchase events using the Event Setup Tool from Events Manager Settings? This process ensures you define when the events will be fired.

Meanwhile, your video is very helpful. We will analyze our configurations and work on optimizing it.

Hi @yodeewp , thanks for letting us know that you managed to get past it.

However, to our knowledge and testing, WPFunnels should be fully compatible with PHP 8 as we are using it ourselves in our own website, which has PHP 8.

So it will be really helpful if you could somehow send us the error logs you received via email. Maybe there were some areas we missed to comply with when it comes to website settings.

We have a workaround to fix the duplicate email issue.

For now, in your workflow, please add a 1-min delay before the welcome email. This should stop duplicate emails to be sent. Meanwhile, we are working on a concrete solution to this.

Hi @johnmendezmog , thanks for informing us.

1. If you are noticing that the funnels are greyed out, then here’s what you do:
   i. Go to WPFunnels > Settings and here choose funnel type as “Complete Funnel”
   ii. Next, make sure you have WooCommerce enabled.
   iii. Now check if you are able to edit the page.
   
   If this doesn’t solve your issue, then can you give a screenshot of what you see when you try to edit the funnel?
   
2. Also, when assigning products to the funnel, you have to assign it in the checkout step by searching for the product name. Did you try that?
   (Please make sure you are following the right steps to assign the product. You may get help from this video.)

Hi @dynamitemarketing , I presume you are talking about using WPFunnels and Mail Mint Pro plugins together.

In that case, you can set the automation on the previous step of the Thank you page. For example, if the previous step is Upsell, you can use an automation with trigger “Upsell trigger” and then set up email workflows there with links to your courses and training pages.

You may also use the redirect feature of the thank you page to take the user to the other pages once they reach this page.
